NOVABASE

Novabase-Silver is a special material granting brisa effect by means of ensuring the light coloring or whiteness of the hair end depending to the color and applied to the hair end of furs – suede after their entire ironing and flaying process. It is applied with pistol in an amount of 90/150 g/ leather without dilution and is lightly paled for 2 to 3 minutes at a temperature of 155 – 175 C in fuel or IR lamp reaction tunnels. The rigid hair ends ensure a Brisa effect upon taking less amount of dye. Depending on the application conditions, the effect varies between 4 - 6 tones lighter (Silver Brisa) than the same color or whitish colors. According to its economical structure, Novabase – Silver can also be applied as a 1/3 – 1/2 mixture of other light brisa materials, thus ensuring a quite economic application.
