IONEX SUPRA

Due to its active polymeric structure, Ionex-supra is developed to inhibit and suspend the calcium and magnesium ions available in the process water. Therefore it is used to prevent the abrasions caused by the waters of grease and dye baths, wetting, tanning and retannage, to avoid irregular material receipt, dull coloring and the rigidity – fastening difference. It is particularly used for the maintenance of the iron compounds in ion form, which causes dye irregularities. The amount of use is determined in accordance with the pH and hardness rates of the process water.
